Refund policy

All online orders, except Sale items and gift cards, are entitled to a full refund should you change your mind. 

We do however accept exchange on Sale items, for the same value of money unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

We have a 14-day return policy on all items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returns and take no liability over items lost when being returned back to us.

Please send your returns to Kids Talk, Unit 33, Rutherglen Exchange Shopping Centre, Rutherglen, Glasgow G73 2LS.

Once we receive your item we will inspect and notify you if it's eligible for a refund or exchange. If the return is approved we will process your refund within 3 working days. Items not eligible for a refund will be posted back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve this issue.
